UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Health Secretary Matt Hancock Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Justin Trudeau, Prince Charles, Prince Albert of Monaco, and The UK health secretary Matt Hancock and The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has tested positive for the Coronavirus. The 55-year-old PM has tested positive for the killer disease raging across the world after Chris Whitty the Chief Musical Officer urged him to get tested after he developed a cough. The viral outbreak is not sparing the UK with cases spiraling across the country. PM Johnson had also enforced a lockdown recently and insists he will continue to lead the country.

Even after testing positive, the PM of the UK Boris Johnson appeared on National Television announcing he was coronavirus positive and was suffering from mild symptoms only. He thanked technology for making it possible for him to continue leading the country saying that he is on self-isolation but will continue to work from home.

The PM said that he will lead the country’s response to the crisis. In a video, he said: ‘Hi folks I want to bring you up to speed on something that is happening today which is that I have developed mild symptoms of coronavirus, that is to say, a temperature and a persistent cough, and on the advice of the chief medical officer I have taken a test. ‘That has come out positive so I am working from home, I am self-isolating. ‘That is entirely the right thing to do but be in no doubt that I can continue thanks to the wizardry of modern technology to communicate with all my top team to lead the national fightback against coronavirus.’

Last night the Prime Minister took part in the applause for the NHS staff from his residence at Downing Street and was also in the Common for the PMQ’s. Mr. Johnson’s partner Carrie Symonds was also pregnant and was also following guidelines on self-isolation. With both Prince Charles and Boris Johnson testing positive for the virus, fears are abound that more politicians and senior officials.
