As you can see from the picture, Gemma is much better now and in the pink of health. Now that she is normal, she is beautiful and far from the malnourished person she used to be. Gemma is an inspiration for those suffering from Anorexia and how to cling on to survive till you get better.

15She credits her boyfriend for her survival and of course her parents

Gemma says that the credit for helping her out of the vicious ordeal goes to her friends, family and her boyfriend. In fact, she says it is her boyfriend who is the main reason she is alive today. Here she is six months after her recovery. She is an inspiration to many who suffer from the same condition.

Gemma has also launched her own range of skincare products. She started looking after herself and tried to remedy the scars on her arms from cutting herself. Some are permanent reminders of her suffering in the past since the marks remain and can’t be removed. Gemma is happy to be free from anorexia, body dysmorphia and bulimia.
