Melinda is the one who really runs the foundation. She is also the general manager at Microsoft and has been ranked as one of the world’s most powerful women by Forbes.

7Nancy Pelosi

Since the start of this year in January, she has been the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. She was elected in 1987 and she still is the only woman to have served as Speaker and holds the title of the highest-ranking elected woman in United States history. This makes her the perfect role model for young girls who want to join politics.

She was a lawyer before she served as the junior United States Senator from California since 2017. Prior to this, she was the 32nd Attorney General of California from 2011 to 2017.
