These individuals indeed have a whole different approach to fighting crime than your average citizen. From a Filipino Mayor that publicly supports a Vigilante group that has taken a hard nose approach to crime to a housewife who solved the unsolvable murder of a teenager.Each of these people has not only made a difference in the world we live in, but have given a new name to the word vigilante.
1 Rain City Superheroes
Led by Phoenix Jones, this elite group of superheroes took to the streets of Seattle Washington after Mr. Jones friend was assaulted at the bar. Donning a bullet proof costume Phoenix Jones decided he would need an elite group of crime fighters that could assist in keeping the city streets clean of any crime. He advertised for people that had certain skill sets such as those who were police officers and knew how to perform martial arts. Unfortunately, the group did not last too long when several of the members could not meet the physical requirements that Phoenix Jones required of them. The group quickly disbanded. Till this day, Phoenix Jones still dons his bulletproof suit and is actively taking a big bite out of crime in Seattle.
2 Mexican Town Taken Over By A Community of Vigilantes
The Mexican town of Tierra Colorado has been seized by this band of 1500 Vigilantes, who decided to take their city back from the criminal element that has claimed it hostage for quite a while. The Community Police as they are known have set up checkpoints throughout the town to check for drug dealers, criminals and any suspects wanted for a crime. Everyone is checked for weapons and if you have anything that the group believes is illegal you will quickly be carted off to jail. Since the groups’inception, they have arrested twelve police officers and the former director of public safety that the group claims was responsible for the death of their leader.
3 Man Disguises As an FBI Agent To Track Down Sex Offenders
After hearing the horrific sex crimes of sex offender, Joseph Edward Duncan III 36-year-old Michael Mullen was on a quest to disperse justice to sex offenders. Finding three sex offenders that lived together on a local sex offender’s online registry Mullen decided to pose as an FBI agent and interview the trio. After interviewing all three offenders, he allowed the one to go as he felt they had remorse for their actions. No sooner was the one gone that he turned around and killed the other two sex offenders. Eventually, Mullen was arrested and sentenced to 44 years in prison. A year after being arrested he committed suicide in his prison cell.
4 Housewife Solves a Mysterious Unsolved Murder
40-year-old Susan Gal breath can now add the role of Detective to her list of accomplishments after solving the murder of a teenager in May field, Kentucky. Having no detective experience, the Kentucky wife was moved by the horrible death of Jessica Currin,a 19-year-old girl who lived in the area. Enlisting the help of British Reporter Tom Man gold, the pair hit the streets and did some pretty interesting detective work. Though Man gold left before the case was solved Gal breath learned a good deal from him. Ms. Gal breath was given the “Citizen of The Year” award by the Kentucky Bureau of Investigation.
5 Filipino Mayor Takes Back His Town From Criminals At All Costs
Davao City Major Rodrigo Duterte has taken the city back from criminals at all costs including supporting the vigilante group The Davao Death Squads, who have executed over 300 offenders since 1998. Between the vigilant group and Mayor Duterte’s support, the city is now considered one of the most peaceful cities in the country of Asia. This is one city where you do not want to get caught doing anything wrong as Mayor Duterte has stated he would kill any criminal in his city.
