In the picture of an intersection, there are seven cars. They are all in a traffic jam and it seems none can move as they really seem in a rut. However, if just one car was moved out from the picture, the rest would all be free to move. Which car is it?

If the third one is removed from the scene, then the yellow car can move forward followed by the green.
