Mom Finds Ingenious Way To Keep Her Kids Calm Before Bedtime

6What was the lie?

She told her kids that the only way that the pajamas work was to stay still under the light to charge them up. This will then give them the energy needed to glow in the dark. And her children believed it. Now every night the kids get into their pajamas and lie still on the floor to charge up their pajamas.

7How she kept it going for long

Now, most people might be thinking this is a cool trick and all but it couldn’t have lasted that long. The kids would eventually find out that you don’t have to stay still to charge them up, etc. That’s where you’re wrong as Jessica thought ahead. She planned for this to happen and took precautions.

8How did she do it?

She knew she had to trick the children in such a way that this would last for at least a few months so she thought of ways to do so. After the children would take off the pajamas she would keep them in a dark drawer so that they would glow and wear themselves out. She would make sure not to expose the pajamas to any sunlight. So, if the children would try to call her bluff, it would not work.

10The now happy family

Jessica is rather happy with her trick and says it did improve her life. Her two daughters are 3-year-old Hannelore and 4-year-old Emma. She got this idea when she was at her wits’ ends trying to get the girls to calm down and get ready for bedtime. After she told them what to do to charge up the glow in the dark PJs, she never looked back.
