Man 27 Is Suing His Parents For Giving Birth To Him. Says Child Bearing Is Slavery

There is no dearth of madmen in the world and while some may be dangerous, others provide a lot of entertainment on social media because of their quirky behavior and bizarre way of thought that causes them to produce some thoroughly weird principles and theories of their own. One such man called Raphael Samuel 27 from India had the mindboggling concept that his consent was necessary for his parents to give birth to him and now is suing them for not taking his permission.

1How will the judge react?

One wonders how the judge is going to react when he hears George’s petition, will he throw him out of the courtroom because for anyone to prove that he was the victim of a frame-up or scam or fraud, then he has to exist in flesh and blood. Even if we were to speak metaphysics here, no one would even know his consciousness existed so where on earth is the question of permission? Or come to think of it, can you actually locate which of your sperms are going to impregnate your wife and ask it for permission?? Here is one crazy man who has given the world of the internet some thorough entertainment.

2Ill conceived beliefs or another publicity stunt?

Raphael Samuel, perhaps has found a nice way to go viral, one has to give him credit for his ingenuity of thinking up such an idea for self-publicity but believe it or not, he actually belongs to a group of anti-natalists from Mumbai in India who advocate a child-free race and who believe it is wrong to make an unwilling child go through the complexities of life just because for the sake of his parents desires to have a child.

3He says childbearing is slavery

Raphael Samuel considers childbearing akin to kidnapping and slavery. But who was he kidnapped from? Doesn’t he know that he once existed as a sperm in his father’s reproductive system and as a result was the direct property of his father’s physiology? So in effect, his being born was more an act of freedom and liberation to be his own person. How on earth were they supposed to take his permission when he never existed? It’s weird that this insight never dawned on him.

4Meet a new breed, the anti-natalists

Raphael Samuel is an anti-natalist from Mumbai, a movement that is slowly gaining publicity and traction in India as more and younger people resist the concept of childbearing and prefer not to have children. Well, perhaps that is logical and understandable not to want to have children, but suing your parent’s for being born is not just an illogical thing to do, it is downright weird. The anti-natalist movement is gaining traction in India as younger people resist social pressure to have children.  Samuel goes as far as to say that “love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure.
