Is Bear Grylls’s Show Faked? Here is the Answer
9He Advises Running from Bears
From childhood we have been taught that if encountering a wild bear “play dead always” and if possible, even control your breathing to look as if you are dead meat to the animals and the bear would leave you alone. Grylls on the other hand gives awful advice that when faced with the predator…run! Bears will chase anything which runs away from them and to be honest you cannot out run them.
10His Survival Products May Be Subpar
Bear’s persona has a created a series of merchandises which are basically survival kits like a fire starting device, or serrated knives, sharpeners etc to be sold to gullible fans but they have been give a really low score by an actual survivor in his SHTF blog. He commented, the knife couldn’t cut through wood and serrated teeth broke off when used as a saw. In fact, his Gerber Bear Grylls survival knife has been called the “worst survival knife ever”.
11He Staged a Show So an Island Had Water
Again, in his show “The island With Bear Grylls” participants are dropped in an island to survive. Part of the plan includes finding fresh source drinking water and food, so the Grylls crew actually put fresh water in rubber lined pools to ensure that the contestants find it.
12He Made Someone Take an Enema for Virtually No Reason
In the same show mentioned above, he actually made participants take an enema to help with dehydration. The question is simple when the island had a source of clean water what was the need of this super gross and hard on body operation?
