The researchers have advised the use of suction technique in order to make vaccination more effective as it will create more anti-bodies which will increase the level of antibodies in the body and the person who has got vaccinated will be shielded in a better manner.

The research findings of the study have been published in the journal Science Advances which states that if suction is provided just after the shot then a strain is created on the skin which compels the cells to absorb the vaccine automatically.
