CIA Reveals Reasons Why China May Have Pressured WHO to Delay Coronavirus Emergency Warnings in January
Is this a new way of life for the world? To live each day knowing at least 100,000 people are going to be infected with the coronavirus? Lockdowns are being lifted, many countries are contemplating return to normal life, India with the biggest lockdown on the planet is about to lift lockdown restrictions in phases till the end of May. Yet, in spite of all such preventive measures, the virus isn’t letting up. But now CIA reports say they believe China arm-twisted WHO into delaying declaring the outbreak a global emergency so they could hoard up on medical supplies.
1The virus is now reaching an average of 100,000 new cases daily
Till the14th of May saw more than 96,000 new cases, 50000 new deaths taking the worldwide toll of more than 4.5 million and growing. Yesterday the US aw 25,000 new cases, an average that doesn’t seem to be turning the curve downward at all. The world is angry and time and again, governments will not tire on holding China accountable till some answers are released by the country which many worldwide blame for the Coronavirus fiasco.
2Intelligence reports exist showing how China made WHO downplay the pandemic
In the light of the given situation, the CIA has intelligence reports that lead them to believe China may have threatened or coerced the WHO into downplaying the pandemic and not declaring a global emergency when they should have. Time and again on this website, we have reminded people of the WHO situation report of 5th January echoing China’s stance that the virus was under control and possessed NO HUMAN TRANSMISSION ABILITIES. 3German intelligence reports called China forced WHO to delay pandemic warning
Not just the CIA, but the German intelligence also reported last week that leader Xi Jinping asked the WHO to delay a warning declaring the true nature of the virus. These so-called shocking claims were denied by the WHO saying they were unfounded and false. Subsequently, the Chinese foreign ministry also unveiled a 30-page document refuting such claims.
Now according to a report in Newsweek, the CIA has reported that China made threats to the world health body warning that there would stop cooperation concerning the coronavirus investigation if the WHO went ahead and warned the world that the viral outbreak was a global health emergency.
