Reports Suggest That China Knew About Human Transmission of COVID-19 And Tried To Patent Potential Cure
Right now the whole world is under lockdown and people are practicing self-isolation while maintaining distance from one another while out in public. This is all due to the coronavirus that started back in late December 2019. Now in April 2020 over 2 million have been infected with a rising death toll. There seems to be no cure in sight and most countries were not even prepared for this. But, new reports indicate that China may have known more than they let on.
1A possible cover-up
Since the breakout of the coronavirus pandemic, the city of Wuhan in China has been greatly observed by the whole world. Many experts have claimed that the Chinese government knows more than they are telling us. Reports also indicate that they tried to patent a potential cure for the disease and knew that it could be carried by humans.
2The info provided by China
According to the information provided by China, they apparently knew nothing other than the existence of the virus. They did not know that it could become a pandemic and that it could be easily carried by humans. But, new reports suggest that these are all lies and that the Chinese government knew way more than they said.
3China knew it could become a pandemic
Information was received of a phone call made on January 14th, 2020 by Ma Xiaowei, who is the head of the National Health Commission. On the call, he could be heard telling top officials the virus can transmit between humans and that a pandemic could be coming their way.
4But they decided to lie to the public
China knew about the real severity of the virus but chose to publically say that there was “no evidence” of human-to-human transmission. The World Health Organization (WHO) relied on that advice to direct policy and advice that other countries relied on. China waited a whole 6 days to finally tell the truth.
5On January 20th the truth came out
President Xi Jinping finally warned China and the rest of the world about the severity of the virus on January 20, the same day a top Chinese epidemiologist admitted human-to-human transmission. But, why did they keep quiet for 6 whole days while the world panicked? New reports that indicate this matter put China in a very bad light.
