The organization says its mission is to improve the lives of short snout dogs. According to Wright “Our mission is to rescue as many brachycephalic (short snout) dogs as we can from the commercial breeding system, rehabilitate them, and adopt them into loving forever homes so they can experience the spoiled pet life after spending their first years being bred.”

Wright also explains that they focus on English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boston Terriers, and other short-nosed breeds whom people like calling smushie faces. All the dogs are fostered in volunteer homes who work tirelessly to gain the trust of the animals and help them to interact and be social with humans. The animals are also given the utmost medical attention and care especially with dogs with special needs.

13December is hilarious

Dogs are rehabilitated and adopted to forever homes where they can get to experience a pampered pet’s life. Sometimes they even take in dogs who are rehomed or from those wanting to surrender their dogs. The NGO Lucky Dog Rescue are proud of all their dogs and do everything in their power to get that loving forever home.
