8 Body Parts That Speak a Lot about Your Inner Self and Reveal Your Personality
The construction of your body is based more on your DNA rather than your personal preference. But that being said, there are also certain parts of your body that can say something about your personality. This has been observed and researched by studies that offer the suggestion that our future and how we see things through our genes can be determined by genetics. As amazing and unbelievable as that sounds, here are 8 studies that can actually prove this to be true. While looks can be deceiving they say, it is often not and her is how looks can reveal a person.
1 Nose shape
Every nose is unique in a special way. Studies in 2013 by the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery found that a number of personality traits can be revealed by the tissue that connects the bones and forms the nose. Around 1700 pictures of different people’s noses were studied by researchers who separated them into 14 categories. The nose shapes were then analysed and the research concluded the following.
Those with long noses were very ambitious; those with short noses prefer family
Yes, those with long noses were professionally ambitious and hardworking too. Such people are perfectionists and their professional life takes priority over their personal life. Those who have short noses are sensitive and loyal people. They are emotional and hold feelings in high regard because the emotions of a relationship are important to them. For them, family friends and close loved ones are more important that their professional career.
Other type of noses
Those with pointy noses are good in imparting financial advice and handle money wisely. Those with cleft in the nose have issues with commitments. Those having large nostrils are spendthrifts who don’t save while those with small nostrils display strong commitments to family friends and partners.
The human facial structure is a complex one and it can reveal a lot of the social and personal functions or personality of person. Founder of criminal anthropology Cesare Lombroso feels that the facial structure of a criminal can determine every type of crime. A study published in the PLOS journal off 2014 found that people with long faces are very intelligent individuals while those with a narrow facial structure were more emotionally inclined rather than be intelligent. Those with wide faces were inclined to be harbouring prejudices, emotionless but also very successful.
