But these kids here take the cake when it comes to being ripped and strong. Each of the kids here are perhaps the most naturally gifted and they train hard to use that natural talent in the best way possible.

1 Giuliano Stroe – Age 9

Giuliano Stroe is a nine-year-old boy who is being known worldwide as the strongest boy in the world. He is working hard to become a bodybuilder and his father trains him for two hours every day in sessions consisting of weightlifting, acrobatics, and other strength building exercises. His father, Iulian Stroe started Giuliano and his brother Claudiu’s training when Giuliano was 3 and Claudio was just 2 years old.

After seeing how quickly they developed muscles, Iulian just went on training them harder and harder each day. He hopes that both the boys will one day bring the family out of financial poverty that they face in their home country.

2 Claudiu Stroe – Age 7

Claudiu Stroe started copying his brother Giuliano when he was just 18 months old. Soon enough even he was able to perform the same feats of strength that his brother was doing and was lifting impressive amount of weight.

Now at 7 years of age, he trains with his brother for 2 hours of weight training and acrobatic each day. Together, the pair practice with their father Iulian Stroe and have toured Italy with their weightlifting and acrobatic show on the road. But due to lack of funds and their roadshow not making much money, the boys and their father had to return to their home country Romania.

The two boys carry on to train and post videos of their feats on their YouTube channel in hopes of getting recognition and moving to London to further their career.

3 Jake Schellenschlager – Age 14

Jake Schellenschlager started to gain attention from the media when he started posting videos of his weightlifting on YouTube. At the age of 14, he can easily lift more than 300 lbs of weight and he participates in the bodybuilding and weightlifting competitions regularly.

According to many media outlets, Jake is considered to be the strongest 14 years old boy in the world. In order to maintain his strength and physique, Jake trains at the gym on an everyday basis and is helped by his physical trainer.

4 Naomi Kutin – Age 13

Naomi Kutin is one of the strongest 13-year-old girls in the world. In 2012 when she was only 10 years old, Naomi set the powerlifting world record for the 97-pound division raw squat by squatting close to 215 pounds.

The little girl’s strength can be a natural gift as her father Ed Kutin is also a known powerlifter with a career spanning 3 decades. Ed, Naomi and her little brother Ari are all participating and involved in the powerlifting world and all of them have accumulated some mighty notable stats. Naomi began lifting weights at 8 years of age.

Her father noticed her ability to lift weights and began training her and also found that the lowest weight division for adult women was 97 pounds, and the last squat record in the same division was 132 pounds. With significant muscle gain and training by her father, Naomi beat the record by lifting 215 pounds and she managed to set the bar high enough for anyone who wanted to take her title away from her.

5 Maryana Naumova- Age 13

Maryana Naumova is a 13-year-old powerlifting teenager who can easily lift an impressive weight of 240 pounds. She first enthralled the powerlifting world at age 12 when she broke the record and became the youngest girl ever to bench 154 pounds, an impressive weight for her age group. At the age of 13, she started lifting 220 pounds and trained hard as she made her way up to 240 pounds.
