24 Of the Weirdest Guinness World Records That Are Downright Crazy
15 Most wins at the World Beard/Mustache Championships
Meet Karl –Heinz Hille, the world champion of the best beard and mustache. And yes!! There is a competition for that too and Karl has won it the most number of times which is why he is in Guinness as he may not be having anything else to do. He has won the title 8 times in the imperial partial beard category from 1999 to 2011. The competition is based on style and length.
16 Longest distance keeping a table lifted with teeth
It seems Guinness records are thought up in extreme moments of insanity or by people with OCD, lifting up a table with teeth, seriously?? Well, Georges Christen showed a strong set of Chompers by lifting a table weighing 12 kg, a person sitting on the table weighing 50 kg and then running 11.80 meters with that in his teeth. The feat was held on the Lo show dei records in Spain on February 9thth 2008. Bet he is a Colgate model by now.
17 Most Big Macs consumed
This understandable after all who can stop at just one but!! 14 Big Macs a week!! That’s what Donald Gorske has been eating for years and has now earned his palace in the Guinness book of world records for eating a total of 28,788 Big Macs.
18 Longest metal coil passed through the nose and out of the mouth
UGGHH again!! Andrew Stanton is definitely a loner in his category because who in the right mind would want to shove a metal coil through his nose?? Stanton passed the metal coil that measured 3.63m through his nose and out of his mouth on LO Show Dei record on March 31st, 2012.
19 Largest collection of garden gnomes and pixies
Now, this is a cute record that would make anyone’s garden a virtual fairyland. Ann Atkin holds the Guinness Book of World records for having the largest collection of clay Gomes and Pixies totaling 2,042. She even has a 4-acre Gnome reserve where she keeps them in West Putford, Devon, UK.
