Unfortunately, this was the case with baby Logan, and due to the intense swelling, it became really hard to remove his entire hair tourniquet. He was taken to the hospital by his worried parents. There, they did everything in their power to correct the situation. This is what Logan’s mother said: “Throughout the day, we tried some hair removal creams and some numbing creams, to see if they could get in a little deeper”.

After consistent attempts, baby Logan was finally freed from his hair tourniquet

Ward was informed that Logan didn’t need surgery, and the hospital discharged him when his toe swelling started subsiding a little. But, she said- “We’re actually not really sure what happened. Some of the swelling started to come down. So, we’re not sure if maybe the hair removal creams might have worked. I mean, honestly, we couldn’t even tell you because we never even really saw the hair.”

After continuous attempts and a few weeks in the hospital, his hair finally fell out, and he is now crawling around like any other content baby. Logan can now lead a pain-free life full of smiles and happiness.
