3The Downward facing hero pose
For this pose, you have to use a mat. You begin by sitting on your knees, keeping them to the side and keeping your feet together. Then you have to lean forward and try to make your head touch the floor and stretch out your hands forward, as far as you can. Hold the pose for a minute. This exercise is great for relaxing the lower back and stimulating blood circulation in the pelvis area.
4The Butterfly pose
To do this you need to sit straight and bring your feet together. The knees have to be on the sides and you have to try and bring them as close to the ground as possible. Try to keep your back against the wall but not the lower back. Try to keep your back straight. The pose needs to be held for one to three minutes.
