When you wake up in the morning, remove the sock and the plastic wrap and the cotton ball. Just rinse the heel with water and dry it by softly dabbing it with a towel. Now apply a greasy textured foot cream over the heel. If you don’t have any foot cream, glycerin will also be the perfect alternative.

You will need to repeat the treatment 10-12 times religiously and after that, you will find that the condition of the heels has improved considerably. For better results, exfoliate the heels with a scrubber and then apply the foot cream.
