1 Top of your trapezius muscle
This acupressure point is located on your back where the shoulders connect with your neck and it is in line with your nipple directly. When you apply pressure, apply it downwards in a stroking motion just for a minute. Then do it on the other side. Repeat this exercise on a daily basis.
Find the acupressure spot between your nose-bridge and eyes by looking into a mirror. You would have to apply pressure in an upward direction in a stroking motion towards the nose bridge. Apply pressure continuously for a minute. Repeat on the other side as well.

Another acupressure point for restoring energy and losing weight is the area above your celiac plexus which is present on your breast bone. It is present in your sternum in between both your nipples. In an upward motion, stroke this point by applying a constant pressure or 2 minutes.
