2Lemon and other citrus fruits

Lemon is as effective if not a bit more versatile in combating body odor as well as bad breath. The antiseptic properties of lemon reduce armpit odor and reduces the bacterial manifestations to control bad breath. You can drink a glass of lemon water every morning if your body is compatible with it or you can rub half a lemon on your armpits, underneath feet and let it dry before you take a shower and wash it off.
