Mommy shows how hard work pays off in a post baby body transformation
Most of the women are worried about the weight that they put on during their pregnancy. Some even try to put on less weight during the pregnancy in order to look fab after the birth of the baby. But even after weighing yourself every day in the morning and noting down the weight, you are bound to put on some weight thanks to nature’s way of providing the baby with enough nutrients.

1 Katarina Lexis- the new mommy who worked hard for her body
Like every other girl, Katarina Lexis was highly aware of her weight even as a child and she admits that she was never a fit girl and had a pretty normal overweight body that typically kids have in school. She says, “So yes I’m young but I have struggled with my weight and insecurities my whole life.”
This makes us think that girls are aware about their body shape and size and weight from a much younger age than normally people think they are. Katarina is now a married woman who is married to an Army Personnel and prefers to be called as ‘army wife’. She says she feels bad when her husband leaves for any tour. The happily married couple likes to take pics and Katarina shares the said pics on her Instagram account.
2 Her post baby body
When she gave birth to her first child, Katarina began to seriously think about her body image. She wanted to get back into her original body shape, in which she was happy and decided to take steps towards achieving her goal. You can see the gradual changes in her body, as she started working out and gradually, her post baby body began to go back into its normal shape. She avoided the temptation to let go before she reached her goal and despite the difficulties in starting the hard work towards her goal, she wanted the whole thing and worked on it.
3 She achieved her goal
She continued to work hard and now has achieved her goal of reducing the weight. She has also developed some serious muscles. It took Kat a whole year to get great washboard abs and all this was the result of constant hard work and her decision that the change was for better.
