But to get rid of hiccups, place a finger on the ridge of the upper lip, right in the center and at the base of the nose. Press the spot firmly and try to push it in, towards the teeth. Keep the pressure for 30 seconds and then release.

2 Chest Point

You first would need to find your sternum; it is the bone that connects all your ribs in the upper body together. Now place your fingers on the sternum and try to locate the ending point, going upwards. Now firmly apply pressure on this point for 30 seconds. You should feel the pressure on the bone and try not to break the sternum with too much pressure, as it is a fragile bone.

3 Abdomen Point

First of all, locate your pubic bone and the belly button. Now just in the middle of these two locations, there is a pressure point that can relieve you of hiccups in a jiffy. The pressure point is located in the middle of this line and is the same point where you perform the Heimlich maneuver. Lie down on your back and press the spot for 30 seconds for saying goodbye to the hiccups.

4 Hand Point

Make a fist to see the two vessels like dentations on the inner forearm. The dent that is closer to the wrist and the pressure point lies between the two vessels, around 3 finger lengths in the direction of the elbow. Hold the pressure point for 30 seconds.
