How to recognise signs of heart attack before it happen?

A heart attack is the dying of tissue due to lack of blood flow. This causes severe pain and can be fatal.
Here are some of the symptoms of a heart attack which may happen up to a month early before the attack. Learn to recognise them and take action when you experience them.
Fatigue happens when arteries of heart become narrow and the amount of blood received by heart becomes less and less. Due to this, heart has to work double hard to pump out the blood and receive blood. This tires the whole body and you feel drowsy all the time.
You tend to feel sleepy all the time and have no energy to complete day to day work.
2 Shortness of Breath
If your heart is not getting enough blood, this also affects the amount of oxygen lungs get and in turn they cannot work to their full capacity. With both heart and lungs interconnected, it will also affect both of them.
In case one is suffering from shortness of breath for an extended period of time, consult your doctor immediately as it is a visible signal of an oncoming heart attack.
Be careful if you feel weak for no apparent reason for a long period of time. This means that your muscles are not getting enough blood supply. This happens when the arteries constrict and blood flow becomes restricted.
This weakens the muscles and they are not able to perform their duties to their full extent and you feel unable to perform easy tasks.
4 Dizziness and cold sweats
The blood flow is also affected towards the brain and as a result, the supply to the brain is reduced. This can be fatal and causes dizziness and bouts of cold sweats.
You will sweat for no apparent reason. Immediately contact your doctor if the bouts of dizziness and sweats persist.
5 Chest Pressure
One of the biggest indicators of heart attack is when you experience severe discomfort in your chest. There is paining and feeling of pressure on the chest and it is accompanied with shortness of breath.
This will increase until attack itself happens.
6 Flu or Cold Symptoms
Many people said that they experience flu like symptoms before they had a heart attack. These flu and cold like symptoms appear without any apparent reasons and stay for an extended period of time.
If it happens to you, immediately contact you doctor as it could be a sign of an imminent heart attack.
