3 Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is made from raw apple juice fermented to hard apple cider, and then fermented again to turn it into vinegar. Like apple juice, it has pectin, biotin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin, vitamins B1, B2, and B6 and vitamin C. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which is very effective in healing white patches just as it helps in killing fungi and bacteria.
Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water. Use this mixture to wash the affected skin twice or thrice each day. Try this remedy daily for a few months.
