1 Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Take a cotton bud or swab and dip it in an acv solution and apply thoroughly on the area. Repeat the process daily, the keloids will soon reduce.
2 Lemon Juice
Lime and lemon juice is rich in Vitamin C because of citric acid. Apply lemon juice daily to scars using clean finger tips or cotton. Wash it off after a few minutes with water.
3 Aloe Vera
