3Hold the position for 20 minutes

Now maintain this position for 20 minutes. When getting into the position, do not go too close to the wall nor should you keep too far from it. Do not put a cushion or roller under your back and neck that is too soft as this could lead to muscle tension and create an incorrect level of the spine.
