Water is the most important element of survival after oxygen, as it helps in the proper functioning of the body. Our bodies are 70% water, and we keep losing water every day from urination, bowel movements, and sweat so it is very important to keep replenishing yourself with water. On the average, an adult male should be drinking about 3 litres of water and an adult female should consume around 2.2 litres of water daily. If you are not drinking this much of water every day, you may be suffering from some levels of dehydration and because of that, you may sooner than later face these problems.
