8Who should be tested and what should be done if you are sick?

According to the CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention), not everyone needs to be tested for COVID-19. The center has laid down its guidelines for who should be tested. Most people have mild illness and are able to recover at home. There is no treatment specifically approved for this virus. CDC has guidance for who should be tested, but decisions about testing are at the discretion of state and local health departments and/or individual clinicians.

Further, there has been no reports of pets falling prey to COVID 19 but to take precautions and wash hands before and after you interact with them.
