2 Recipe no.1
You will need 30 garlic cloves that are peeled and cut into small pieces and 6 lemons peeled and cut in small pieces. Add all these pieces of lemon and garlic in a blender with some water and blend them. Now pour the mixture into a pot and cover it with 2 liters of water.
Boil the mixture and let it simmer for 5 minutes or so. Now let it cool down and use a sieve to filter the mixture and store it in a fridge. You need to drink 50 ml of it every day for 3 weeks. Stop for a week and restart it for 3 weeks. Continue the treatment for every six months.
3 Recipe no. 2
You will need 1 cup of each of the following ingredients. You need apple cider vinegar, garlic juice, ginger juice and lemon juice. Now put all of them in a pot and boil them on a stove for 30 minutes and reduce the mixture to 3 cups of liquid.
Allow the liquid to cool and add 3 cups of honey to it and store it in a fridge in a container. Consume one tablespoon of this mixture each morning before eating your breakfast.
4 Recipe no. 3
You will need 4 garlic bulbs chopped into pieces, 3-4 cm of ginger root- sliced, and 4 lemons with peel- chopped up and finally 8 cups of water.
Place the ginger, garlic and lemon in a blender and make a mixture by blending it. Mix water in the mixture and place it in a stove pot and boil it. Once the water boils, cover the pot and let it cool down. Strain the liquid after cooling and store it in the fridge.
Drink one cup of this liquid per day, at least 2 hours before eating anything. Continue this for three weeks or so and stop the process for one week. Restart again and continue for 3 weeks.
