2Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
Everyone is always told that drinking 8 gasses of water every day promotes good health. What people don’t tell you about is that other fluids like tea, juices, and soda also contain water which adds to your daily water intake. So, what happens when you stick to drinking 8 glasses of water every day without fail while drinking other fluids as well?
You will be taking in way more than the recommended daily water intake. This can prove to be dangerous as it adds pressure on your kidneys which struggle to get rid of the excess water. 3Brushing your teeth after every meal
