Here is a real act of good citizenship. Security guards discovered 28-year-old Weston Reynolds going through a car owner’s glove compartment after noticing their window was open. He figured jumping into their car and giving them a call was the best thing to do. To add another twist to the tale he also decided he would contact the car owner’s roadside assistance. During their investigation authorities revealed Reynolds had other intentions besides just being a Good Samaritan. Apparently the 28-year-old was on parole for grand theft. Despite this the jury bought the Good Samaritan story. They found him guilty of a lesser charge and he did no jail time.
