1 John Travolta and his massive mansion
John Travolta is an American actor, dancer and singer who is widely regarded as one of the best actors in Hollywood. He is known for his dance movies Saturday Night Fever (1977) and Grease (1978). However, he faced some decline in his career during the 80s, but bounced back in a big way with Pulp Fiction in 1994 and Get Shorty in 1995 and also acted in action movies like Broken Arrow and Face off, both of which came out in 1997. He also received an Oscar best actor nomination for Pulp Fiction and Saturday Night Fever. Travolta is also an accomplished pilot and own many aircrafts. However, the actor is more in the news, these days, for his massive $60 million dollar mansion, which has runways leading to his front door and space for his five aircrafts. 2 The mansion and all of its glory
The estate is named Jett-Bleu Estate in the names of Travolta’s son who died in 2009 and his daughter. The house is located in central Florida and stands gloriously on 6400 sq. foot of property. It comes with a 16 car garage and a specialized guest room with all amenities. The property also has a golf course and the entrance hall has a motif designed by Travolta.
Travolta owns 23 cars and 5 planes, including, a Boeing 707 and a challenger Jet, which are parked in his driveway and backyard respectively. The property came with a 7,500 foot runway, which was extended by Travolta to his front door. The main living room is 2,250 sq. foot big and has view to the entire estate and access to the main pool. The estate is well guarded and has its own control center for security. You have to say that the mansion is one of a kind and something that suits Travolta’s eccentric personality.
