How Lady Gaga faked her Super Bowl Jump to make it seem as if she really jumped down 260 feet

Just when everyone felt what a daredevil lady Gaga is with her superbowl stadium roof jump, it now turns out that she was faking it. Reports say that she actually fooled the audience into believing she plummeted 260 feet. Lady Gaga’s fake superbowl jump feat was a pre recorded segment showing her on a large screen suspended by wires. It wasn’t actually happening live and was a clever trick of illumination and technology.

Those watching on TV screens at home were even more convinced as it was brilliantly edited to look like a real impressive feat.

1 FAA rules and unpredictable weather denied a live jump

The revelation was made by Intel drones that coordinated as many as 300 drones that emitted lights to display the American flag and Pepsi’s logo in the sky above the stadium. Since there are FAA rules on drones, the segment had to be recorded well in advance. However Gaga did perform the jump at an earlier date without using a double.
