He was one of Hollywood’s most iconic hunks of the late 80s till the early 2000s. He was known for doing his own stunts that included a ton of martial arts work. One of his most well-known works was ‘Bloodsport’ in 1988 which brought him international fame and success. Today, Jean has been able to maintain his incredible physique even at the age of 58.
This man needs no introduction. The bodybuilder and powerlifter turned actor and later the 38th Governor of California was well known for his incredibly muscular physique. He was Mr. Universe at the age of 20 and has won the Mr. Olympia contest seven times. Today at the age of 71 he is still active and keeps his fitness in check.
Jackie needs to introduction as he is one of the most recognizable and influential cinematic personalities in the world. From his young days to even today, he has appeared in over 150 movies and has a huge fan following in both the Eastern and Western hemispheres. He has been known to be disciplined and still works out to keep his fitness levels up.
He was the star of two most iconic movie franchises in the 80s and 90s, ‘Rocky’ and ‘Rambo’. He was known for his hunked up look in ‘Rocky’ but when he showed off his chiseled and ripped body in ‘Rambo: First Blood Part II’ and ‘Rambo III’, he gained a lot of attention. Today, he still works out and maintains his body even at the age of 72.
The star of the ‘Mad Max’ movies as well as the iconic ‘Lethal Weapon’ series, Mel was not known to be a big, muscular guy. For some roles, he did work out and get ripped with a bit of muscle but for his recent movies, he hit the gym hard and put on pounds of muscle. At 63-years-old he looks incredible for his age.
