One simple example that she says that people should keep in mind is how to save their neck from getting strained during ab crunches. She said that while doing ab crunches, head should be kept heavy in hands and person should feel as if there is an apple under his chin. Try to make your abdominals exercise and not the head.

She says that she likes to bring the best out of the women. While physical strength is earned by working out hard, inner strength is something which a person gets as a result of self-love and acceptance. The best feeling in the world is to be happy as you are and she loves to see her clients grow and living their life to the fullest.
14What does she eat in breakfast and lunch?
She always likes to start her day with eggs whether it is poached or scrambled with toast which is gluten-free, crushed avocado, tomato and turkey. She wants a full protein diet in the morning and whether she will have coffee or green tea will depend on how much energy she wants. She will prefer coffee if she feels that she need more energy. In lunch time, her plate is full of lettuce leaves with salmon tacos in it and some root vegetables.

Between the meals, she likes to have nuts, protein shake and hummus. She also drinks a lot of water to keep her body hydrated. When it comes to dinner, she prefers chicken and vegetables that are stir-fried. She doesn’t mind having a piece of chocolate in the dessert, however, she loves it so much that she can have it whole day but she keeps a control on herself.
