ANTM may be the most popular reality show on CW Network. This show has drawn in endless viewers to tune in every week to watch the models competing in different challenges and photo shoots with the goal of winning the show. Each week, the contestants are judged based on their overall performance in different challenges, their looks, and the best shot from the episode’s photo shoot.
Who are the previous winners of ANTM (America’s Next Top Model) and what are they doing these days? We researched and came up with a list of 8 ANTM contestants who have achieved success and fame after doing the show.
1 Adrianne Curry – (Winner, Cycle 1)
Adrianne Marie Curry is the first winner of the reality TV series ANTM (America’s Next Top Model). She was married to Christopher Knight who played the role of Peter Brady on “The Brady Bunch.” The couple divorced in 2012. Adrianne has a successful modeling career and has modeled for popular magazines including Marie Claire, Us Weekly, Maxim, Life & Style Weekly, and Lucky. She also posed for Playboy and has also appeared in several TV shows. She appeared on the game show Ballbreaker as a co-host and on Gameshow Marathon as a celebrity panelist. She also starred in “Half & Half” and “Rock Me Baby” on UPN.
2 April Wilkner- (Winner, Cycle 2)
April Wilkner is the winner of ANTM second cycle. After winning the show, she modeled extensively in Hong Kong. She also appeared on television as a host for “New York Rangers” fan features. She has recently dabbled in independent film acting, as well as in production for Victoria’s Secret.
3 Eva Marcille – (Winner, Cycle 3)
EVA Marcille started her career in modeling by winning the third cycle of ANTM. She appeared on the cover of magazines like IONA, King, Women’s Health & Fitness, Brides Noir, Essence, DKNY, STAR magazine, Elle Girl, and so on. Eva also appeared in different television shows. She most recently portrayed the role of Tyra Hamilton on the soap opera “The Young and the Restless.”
4 Keith Carlos – (Winner, Cycle 21)
Keith Carlos was the first male winner of ANTM. Keith started his modeling career after winning the 21st cycle of ANTM. Before he appeared in the show, Keith did a photo shoot for Krave Magazine and was named as an unforgettable face of Essence magazine in 2013.Recently, he signed a contract with the Next Model Management for Nylon Magazine photo shoot. He is also recognized as an NFL football player. Keith also appeared in the “Made Love Lately” music video by Day26.
5 Naima Mora – (Winner, Cycle 4)
After winning the fourth cycle of ANTM, Naima Mora has modeled for several popular magazines, including Elle Magazine, Cover Girl, Us Weekly, Star, Radar, Fuego, Teen People, and so on. Besides modeling, she also tried her luck in music. Her first solo song, “Hour Glass” got a good response from the audience. Naima is also a writer and released her memoir “Model Behavior” in 2013.
6 Toccara Jones – (7th Place, Cycle 3)
Toccara Jones got the 7th place in the third cycle of ANTM. She won the title “CoverGirl of the Week” five times during the show. Toccara has a great modeling career. She has been on the cover of magazines like Black Men, Black Hair, The Next Level, Be, King, Braids, and Plus Model magazine. She also modeled for Smooth, Target, New York and Company, Avon, Vibe, Torrid, Ashley, and Essence. Besides magazines, Jones also appeared in several TV shows and in the music video of the song “I Got A Thang For You.” Jones also made an appearance in a movie “Think Like A Man” in 2012.
7 Cassandra Whitehead – (Quit in Episode 4, Cycle 5)
Cassandra Whitehead is remembered as the contestant who quitted the 4th episode of the show. Cassandra walked out of the show when Tyra recommended cutting her hair shorter. After quitting the show, Cassandra tried her luck in acting and worked in the movie “2 Dudes and a Dream.” She also appeared on TV shows like “Mad Men,” “One Tree Hill,” “Hannah Montana,” “CSI: Miami,” and so on.
8 Jaslene Gonzalez – (Winner, Cycle 8)
Jaslene Gonzalez was the winner of the 8th cycle of ANTM. She also appeared in the 7th cycle but did not win the show. After winning the show, Jaslene signed a modeling contract with CoverGirl cosmetics. Jaslene became a familiar face in print modeling and has been photographed for Vibe Vixen, Splendor, Timeout, Touch Weekly, Urban Latino, Latina, and 6 Degrees. Recently, she helped in the launch of the fashion site Toomuchstyle.com.
