Brigitte Klimond seems to be doing a fantastic job with her sanctuary and as you can see, even the cubs seem to love her. Here is Nala being cradled by Klimond and it seems she loves being a baby. The cubs will, however, grow rapidly and will soon be bigger than they are now. Both Nala and Simba love being the center of attention.

Incidentally white lions aren’t albinos and their color is a result of genetic mutation. They were first recorded seen in the region of Timbavati in South Africa and were made famous by the book written by Chris McBride in 1970 and titled The Lions of Timbavati. They are regarded by the locales as divine animals.

White lion cubs like Simba and Nala have been reported born in various zoos, parks and sanctuaries worldwide but none in the wild. Cubs have also been reported from Kruger National Park and Nwanetsi Area of Kruger National Park in South Africa and Kruger National Park in 2014 and 2015.

Simba and Nala are extremely playful and it is a joy to watch these little adorable cats play along with the family. If only there was more likeminded people like Brigitte to care for animals and rescue them, the word would be a better place. Watch the video.
