This city has the highest rate of job offers per capita and a low rate of unemployment. While there is still a rate of 3 people without a job for every job that they do have, their unemployment rate is at only 5.1 and continuously dropping lower. It has been dropping for quite some time now and may continue to have a lot more jobs than other cities. Maybe it is just that there are less people looking for work there, but either way that spells good fortune for anyone looking to find some solid work in this rotten economy.

2. Washington, D.C.

This city has even more jobs that the last. They have a 5 percent rate of unemployment and 110 jobs per every thousand people looking for work. They have a rate of only two unemployed people for every one-job meaning more for everyone. There are jobs in every industry and they have homes for sale in a lot of different financial brackets so that anyone looking to move there to try to find work can find a place to call their own.

3. St. Paul Minnesota

With an unemployment rate .1 percent lower than even D.C., this city has something to offer. It may sound like a nowhere city but it did manage to have less unemployment than the capitol so it must be doing something right. They have rates of three people without jobs for every position available and 75 jobs available for every thousand people looking. 4. Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City is one of the top places to work with an unemployment rate of 4.2 percent. There are only 25 cities in the entire country with a rate lower than 4.5 and this is one of them. Their top employers are in the college industry, health care and of course government work. They have other types of jobs available of course; just not ones rated the top employers in the city. So no matter what your occupation, chances are this is a good place to look for a job. The rate may even improve because of the company ZAGG that was rated as one of the 25 fastest growing businesses in 2012.

5. Oklahoma City

There is only a 4.1 percent unemployment rate, which is the lowest rate of unemployment on the list of even the 10 best cities to find work, another rate that is only 1 of 25 in the entire country. The rate has been in decline since as far back as 2010. The majority of the people work in either city or state government with the military and health care right behind that. While it has such a good unemployment rate it also has almost three people not working for every job that they do have and only 70 jobs per every thousand people living there who need them.
