“Bagel Head” is a type of body modification pioneered in Canada and has become a trend that is, now, hitting Japan. The process involves obtaining a saline injection under the skin of the forehead so it fills then pressing in the center to create a bagel look.

Contrary to what we thought, it is not the neck that lengthens but it is the weight of the spirals that pushes the collar bone down and compresses the rib cage.
