How to start your day and make it wonderful?
The entire day of any person depends on the very first morning minutes and hours. It has great effect on your whole day work. If the morning is good, the whole day will be fruitful. So make the morning your best friend. The following ways will make your day nice and wonderful.
1 Adding peace to your life….
Smile is the best connection of a body to become happy. It is a first message for your brain to feel that you are happy.
First step is to smile and start the day by waking from right side or on right foot. After that, pray to your god and have some thoughts that, what you have to do the whole day, offer you’re thanks to god for what he has given to you.
2 Drink water
Drinking two or three glass of water in morning is very beneficial for the body, as it cleans your passage and provide you energy to start the day with freshness.
3 Go for morning walk
Morning walk is very beneficial for health it gives you fresh and cool air which will make your body alert. The chirping of bird’s sound will make your mind fresh and more awake.
Make schedule of each and every work so as to complete it on time. Work done in hurry will make you tired early in the morning and this will affect your whole day. It will help you in scheduling the day’s workflow.
4 Do exercise
Starting a day with exercise makes you active in every work. Wake up early and do some exercises to make your body fit and healthy. Have morning walk where the fresh air will refresh your mind and activate your body. Stretch your arms, ankle rotation in circles, move your body.
5 Generate reading habits
Have the habit of reading newspaper or any inspiring chapter from the knowledgeable book. Reading a short paragraph daily will complete your book in some weeks only. Reading a book will make you expert in that field on which the information was given.
Frame strategy daily
As you complete your day task, make plan for tomorrow. If you make the list of works to be done tomorrow, you will reward yourself by giving relaxation to you by finishing daily work.
By all these things, you will make your day fruitful and nice. Wake up 15 minutes earlier and do all activities as smile, prayer, drink water, exercise, morning walk, which will make your body fit for whole day.
