What this four year old did at the grocery store will melt your heart
Feature: It’s not every day that a four year old says she loves the elderly because of their inabilities and wants to take care of them. Tara Woods heart almost melted when a day before her four year old birthday, her little daughter told her just that. Norah revealed how she liked elderly people because of the slow way they moved, their soft skin and their gentleness.
She went on to explain in her baby language that she would like to ““love ‘em all up before they is died.”. Tara was moved beyond words and shared her story on Facebook. Little did Tara know that the little girl would surprise her even more.
1 The day of her birthday was no less surprising
The day of Norah’s birthday, Tara stopped at a grocery store to buy some cupcakes after picking her up from school. Norah once again surprised Tara by asking her to be careful or the old man walking across the parking lot at snail pace. That wasn’t the only incident. After finishing from the bakery and while standing in a clearance queue, she noticed Norah standing up in the shopping cart and waving to an old man. Tara was stunned at what the little girl said. “Hi old person! It’s my birfday today!”
Tara was shocked beyond words at the little girl calling the man an ‘Old person’. She looked extremely apologetic and was about to shush Norah when the old man stopped and looked at the little girl. What transpired next was a defining moment in Tara’s life. It changed the life of her entire family.
